WHAT DOES THE SESSION LOOK LIKE?

 

All sessions start with a compassionate consultation to gain clarity on your current emotional and physical health and goals. Then we move through strong and subtle techniques, utilising fine and gross body movements to work towards your desired outcome for the session or course of sessions. All sessions are bespoke and based on our consultation and may encompass other techniques such as mediation to find clarity and focus or peace and serenityEach of these sessions helps you to confidently explore and expand on the fitness of your mind and body.
