Encompassing the most powerful elements of many disciplines including touch, breathwork, meditation and energy healing, we combine luxurious natural products and a bespoke approach so that each session is revitalises your physical and mental health from the inside out. Start by laying back and relaxing into the tranquility of the therapy studio and allowing your tension to melt away with a deeply soothing scalp and shoulder massage. Then we begin using expert breathwork techniques to cleanse and harmonise the mind, body and soul and allow you to tune into your deeper consciousness and intuition. Once you are feeling completely blissful and unburdened, you will then be guided through a bespoke whole body mediation, bringing you to a place of presence and serenity. To conclude the session your body's energy systems will be cleansed and balanced using powerful Reiki healing, gifting you a profound sense of peace, acceptance, understanding and relaxation. Sessions are entirely adaptable to your needs, all equipment is provided and a short consultation will inform the session to ensure you leave with your desired outcome and feel seen, lighter, happier and healthier.
