Service Description

Settle into the stillness and tranquility of the airy treatment space and allow yourself to firstly observe the subtleties of your breath. After your energies have been cleansed with white sage, allow yourself to be gently guided into a bespoke, beautifully deep meditation that promotes greater self awareness, confidence and profound relaxation. Then lie back, embrace the connection to your higher self in this moment and allow yourself to begin the Reiki energy healing process whilst softening into a state of deep, blissful peace. All equipment is provided and all sessions are completed fully clothed.
