These tranquil session allow you to offload your worries in a safe space, explore natural strategies that heal poor mental health and boost self confidence, as well as allowing you the choice to set personal goals that drive the focus of a session(s).
In choosing to give yourself the space to gently explore feelings with another you will be coached through emotions and challenging periods of time that can sometimes feel hopeless or out of our control. If you are struggling with low mood, stress, anxiety, panic, overwhelm, depression or facing difficult life events then Talking Therapy can help you move past and through these times and towards your happiness and good health.
WHAT DOES THE SESSION LOOK LIKE?
All sessions start with a compassionate consultation so that we can discover your wishes for the session. Then, using expert guidance, you will explore your current feelings and experiences as well as begin to uncover ways to feel lighter ad identify manageable steps towards contentment and good health. All sessions are bespoke and based on our consultation as well as our ongoing work together. Sessions may encompass other techniques such as mediation as well as treatments to find clarity and focus or peace and serenity should you wish to enjoy these experiences and expand on the methods that help heal you.
All sessions provide you with council, comfort and coaching to equip you with the tools, support and space to make decisions that create your health and happiness.
